At a head office level, the service is quick, easy to use and convenient. If there’s a challenge (this happened infrequently but for example someone is ill), a replacement cleaner is immediately found and organised.
The cleaners themselves are professional, do a good job, friendly and of course build a relationship making it nicer to have them in your home.
Prior to finding Clean Home, I must have phoned at least ten other companies. Of those that actually did respond or call back, Clean Home were by far the most professional and competent.
You shouldn’t hesitate to use.

The cleaners that Warwick assigned to us have been above professional and thorough which was something we wanted.
Whenever issues arose around cleaners being unable to work in a particular week (due to extenuating circumstances) Warwick has always stepped in to ensure that we had a replacement. Surprisingly the replacements have been amazing!

The client provides the cleaning products and equipment which means we insure the cleaner for up to £2 million pounds worth of accidental damage.
Using your own products ensures you use the products that you like and are familiar with, ensuring you prevent allergies arising from new products in your home
Our cleaners are all experienced in domestic services, therefore please feel free to talk to your trusted, insured, reliable regular cleaner for advice on the best products they can use to complete the finishing touches to your home.

I love being able to give our clients the satisfaction of a beautiful clean home from one of our carefully selected reliable cleaners which shows with all of the wonderful feedback that we continue to receive.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many family businesses that like to give that extra personal touch and to provide a service lead by interaction with people as opposed to all being done over the phone or online.
We visit every client in person to find exactly what they’re in need of to make sure we can meet & exceed their expectations with the personal bespoke level of service
We meet every client and cleaner in person and despite interviewing dozens of cleaners, due to the high standard our clients expect we only recruit 4 to 5 cleaners in the extensive search. We endeavour to make the difference providing a service second to none that our clients deserve.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our cleaners are distancing themselves in your property working in opposite ends of the flat or house.
They are always polite enough to ask to swap rooms if you may be in at the time of the clean and need to clean that particular room that you are in.
Always use antibacterial hand gels before cleaning and as they clean they will also be using any antibacterial products you would like to provide for surfaces and alike.
