I found your representative very helpful,polite and clear in explaining what they could offer in the way of cleaning. They have contacted me since the initial meeting,but,time will tell as I have yet to meet up with a cleaner.
How long have you been in business?
Cleanhome Bournemouth has been operational for three years, and is part of a Franchise Group that has been in business for the past nine years. We have a network of twenty six franchises country wide and is growing year on year.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
The majority of our customers provide their own equipment and cleaning materials. There are a few good reasons for this ; It stops cross contamination from one house to another ie Pet hairs on vacuum cleaner brushes etc . Some clients prefer a certain fragrance from products . Most clients know what works well in their homes and prefer to use a certain brand of products.
What do you love most about your job?
I get a great deal of satisfaction helping people out, and a great sense of achievement knowing that a service I provide will benefit many families. Whether its helping those that have a very busy work load and don't have the time for cleaning , or the very busy parents who don't spend enough time with the children , or helping the elderly cope with some of the things they can no longer do. I myself have a large family and know too well the strains and pressures associated with a busy lifestyle.
