I booked another company originally that were unable to attend so Michael was recommended by the original company and cleaned the bedroom carpets and my hallway stairs & landing. There was a stubborn stain in the rear bedroom (coffee maybe) that i’d had a go at to no avail so I pointed it out to Michael at the start of the clean and he confidently said, yeah we’ll get rid of that! So left him to it. I have to say ALL the carpets came up very clean and smelt devine. And no trace of that awful stubborn brown deep stain. Hurrah!! Michael & his colleague were professional, tidy and got on with the clean & I was very happy. So I have no qualms giving 5 stars and recommending Michael & his team to clean carpets. More...

Rip-off. Requires upfront payment because a number of customers have declined to pay, which is no surprise because the cleaners are awful. I booked an end of tenancy clean of a 3 bedroom house for £125 plus £125 for oven and carpets. Cleaners arrived at the house 1.5 hours late. There was limescale all over the glass shower door, scratch marks where wire wool was used to clean the toilet and bath, and no one had even bothered to mop the floors in the dining room. A normal cleaner will cost about £12-15 an hour, which is about 10+ hours of cleaning for £125. The place should have been gleaming. The carpet cleaner did not even bother to clean the stairs. The oven cleaner arrived 5 hours late after the cleaners left and did a brilliant job, but left the rest of the kitchen a mess. I ended up having to buy cleaning products and rolling up my sleeves to do the job myself. I demanded a refund and got a raft of excuses. It is one week later and I am still waiting. I am shocked this company manages to stay in business. More...
