I used Vlassy Catering for our wedding last month. We opted for a cold buffet for the evening. We asked for a few extra luxury items so the cost was quoted at £15. 00 per head. This was one of the cheaper quotes we got so I was a little worried (as we were in a budget) that perhaps something was going to go wrong, you get what you pay for etc.... this was an amazing buffet; the girls came and displayed he food, trays with lids so we could keep food fresh until we wanted it. The food was so good people commented on the variety and there was enough left over for people to take home for their supper around 1am (takeaways weren't needed!) we were so pleased with the service we got and the food.... and he price.
