Hate to leave bad reviews,but service was shocking…Booked Clarkes for our airport transfer at Birmingham airport many months in advance, journeys all confirmed. Journey to airport perfect, upon landing on 22nd June we find no taxi waiting, we waited an hour still not taxi. Finally get through in the phone to be told that taxi wasn’t on its way and we would have to make our own way home. We have 3 young children and my parents and then had to find the cash for a private taxi and they would refund us. Absolutely disgraceful service, poor communication. We then had to repeatedly chase over email and calls to get a refund of the cost of the taxi home. Really annoyed as we have extra on our initial journey to cover rise and fuel, plus paying for both journeys. Would not recommend and in fact has put us of ever using taxi service again. Following standing at Birmingham airport in the rain with 3 crying tired young children! Very unhappy would not recommend!!👎 More...

Don’t use this company, booked a return airport booking and driver never showed up at 1am to pick us up from airport. Not good when you have a 6 year old with you and have to sort out another way to get home at that time of morning. And I had paid upfront. Please find a more reliable company More...

We used Clarkes for our transfer from Birmingham to Gatwick Airport. The service was brilliant. Our driver, Gary, was bang on time & his driving excellent.
He advised us of the return pick up procedure. He would track flight for delays so no worries there & we phoned him once we had cleared customs & he arrived 10 minutes later.
Will use again if required & would definately recommend.
