Nick and Aaron at Clarity Wills couldn’t have made my experience any more relaxed and reassuring. They explained everything so clearly and didn’t get upset when I asked them to repeat and explain again. We were passed on to Clarity Wills after sorting our funeral plans. As this was a 'Promotional' free will service we were concerned about the quality and service we would receive.

We were very happily surprised by the call we got from Arron the will righting specialist. He as very helpful, friendly and kept the jargon to a minimum. He was happy to answer any questions, no matter how daft, and made sure we understood what we were doing and the consequences of the finer points of the will righting process.

So far have received amazing service from Aaron! I initially brought the basic will writing service at an amazing 19.99. I Developed a good rapport from the get go and have received an upfront and honest service about costs, what's included. Aaron has been at the end of the phone or email and prompt in his replies, he has been so helpful in advising , explaining and answering the million of questions I have had. Aaron encouraged me to take time to think and encouraged me to ascertain quotes off other will writers locally to me, to ensure I was at ease with my decisions I was wanting to make about my will and the products I required, This approach spoke volumes to myself, made me feel very comfortable and at ease as it turned out I ended up getting same quotes with will writers for the same price but the difference was the rapport, professional advice was lacking which put me off Pursuing any further. Aaron and clarity wills were able to offer me a personal payment plan, interest free to enable me to flexibly pay for the service I am receiving over a short period of time, which was reassuring to know. Aaron also put me through to Jamie who deals with life insurance and Jamie was great advised me which was reassuring being insurances company's cannot , tailored my life insurance to my current needs so much better than my existing polices and peace of mind should ever they need to be used, bonus my payments are exactly the same with a extra product added, win win. - high recommended!
