What do you love most about your job?
It's my purpose in life is to shine a light on you and all you’re capable of. I have a passion for people development and giving people the space to unlock their full potential. Being able to provide the space and opportunity for people to do this is my true passion in life. I particularly enjoy watching people grow and supporting people through their journeys.

I’ve worked in mental health and wellbeing for 15+ years and have a natural gift for creating positive spaces which allow individuals to flourish. With kindness as my guiding value, I will support you to take the steps towards living a life you truly love.

All services are provided online via video call. If you feel uncomfortable with video calls we can arrange a phone call.
On going coaching
This is perfect if you’re looking for ongoing coaching and longer term support. We will have the flexibility to discuss things as they arise for you while continuing to work on your bespoke programmes. Email & Whatsapp support is available in-between sessions.

Bespoke Coaching Programme
This 8 session plan is designed around your goals. The frequency of your sessions will depend on your goal. We will be focused in this time, working together to bring you closer to your goal. These sessions are perfect for someone who already has a fixed goal in mind. Email and Whatsapp support is available in-between sessions

One-off coaching session
This 90 minute session gives you the space to work intensively on a single issue or to explore a new idea. This is perfect for times when you need a sounding board or to tap into your own intuition.

Youth Coaching
This is a specialised 12 week coaching programme for 13 - 18 year olds. Using my background in youth work, I will support you through weekly sessions to design your future and tap into your potential.
