I’ve always been obsessed with sports – I cycle, run, play table tennis and snowboard. My two biggest passions, however, have always been horse riding (I previously worked as a horse riding instructor) and, of course, fitness.

My partner and I had 5 sessions with Clara to date; and we really enjoyed every single one of them. Particularly we appreciate Clara's organisation: she plans all sessions well in advance, documents our progress for us to see and refer to; and helps to set clear goals. My wife and I had 10 exciting sessions with Clara, after a significant break in our exercises. She had gently eased us back into it, everything went very well, and it felt fantastic to be training again. I am just finishing a 12 week PT programme with Clara. I really enjoyed working with her! Having problems with my back , I was a little scared to start with but actually she is a great trainer as she adapted routines according to both my needs and my goals. I have lost over a stone (8.6KG to be exact) and I feel so much better. Clara is also extremelly kind, and accommodating and her sessions are actually fun! Clara is an exceptionally great PT, with a lot of knowledge regarding fitness and training. She has helped me boost my self confidence at the gym, as well as my motivation to stay consistent. What I especially like is that listens to my fitness goals, and plans each session accordingly. This way, I know she is being genuine and truly wants to see me become a better version of myself. She is very flexible and accommodating if I wanted to change dates or timing. Clara is amazing! Before reaching out to her I had never stepped foot in a gym, or had any kind of fitness training. She made me feel at ease straight away, and I felt like she was 100% invested in my fitness goals and me achieving them. After every PT session I felt great and filled with more confidence. Hello everybody, I am a mid fifty so I think I am quite a challenge for a pesonal trainer. I told Clara that I just wanted to maintain what I already had, but she convinced me that even in my age I could gain strength and stamina. She developed a comprehensive training program tailored to my specific needs that callenges me and allows me to monitor my progress. I asked Clara to design a fitness programme for me. Through her I did not only learn how to do exercises properly, she also always supported and motivated me. She listened to what I was aiming for and made suggestions before designing the programme. I have been doing fitness for quite a while, but I always only saw small results/ didn’t have a feeling of real progress. This all changed when I started Clara’s fitness programme - I could see great results within 4 weeks. Now I am in week 18 and all of my friends are asking me how I changed my routine, as they also see how quickly my body changed. All in all I really love it and would strongly recommend working with Clara. The Programme is fun but also challenging. The first step is always listening to and understanding my client’s goals, lifestyles and capabilities. After establishing those during an initial consultation, I develop personalised training plans that are tailored to the client’s goals and background. I am always available for feedback, questions and I regularly review training plans and goals with clients to make sure they continue to work for them.

Drawing on my academic background, my motto is 'no brain, no gain'. An important part for me, therefore, is to share my knowledge – whether that’s fitness and nutrition knowledge or lifestyle-related tips. I want to give people the necessary tools so that they can in the long term confidently continue their fitness journey on their own.

The people! It's so rewarding helping people on their fitness journeys and seeing them change their lives. I also love getting to know different people and their stories and learning from them on a daily basis.

Moreover, I love that I am able to say that my passion - fitness - is my job. I feel privileged that I get to do what I love every day.

Before joining the fitness industry, I worked in communications for a few years but quickly realised that this was not what I wanted. I became a PT because I wanted a career where I can help people directly. It has been the best decision of my life - I absolutely love what I do!

I am flexible, committed, punctual and available outside of sessions, too – basically, I view my clients’ training as if it was my own and always give it 100%.

I offer more online and remote services, as well as outdoor services. I make sure all equipment is regularly cleaned and sanitised and wear a face mask and stick to the necessary social distancing rules throughout all sessions
