Seeing my clients reach their goals, and the positive impact it has on their lives is a very rewarding experience. It's great being part of my clients' journey to achieving their goals and improving their overall health and fitness.

After a significant change in my career and relocating back to the UK at the age of 35, I found myself adapting to a more sedentary job and lifestyle. As a result, I quickly gained weight and struggled with physical activities that I once found effortless.

Determined to turn things around, I enlisted the help of a personal trainer. With their guidance, I was able to lose the weight and improve my fitness, health, and strength. I discovered a passion for the process, including the gym and cooking nutritious meals.

Motivated by my personal experience, I now aspire to help others achieve the same transformation and fall in love with fitness and healthy living as I have.

I do not use any fad diets, supplements, detoxing of fasting systems

I aim to teach my clients how to lose weight safely, healthily and most importantly how to keep the weight off

I use simple strategies, working with my clients at their preferred pace without them feeling overwhelmed
