So I went for my first ever sports massage today with Charlotte, I was a little nervous, but she was extremely professional and talked throughout the treatment, explained everything throughout my treatment, made me feel at ease, they was no uncomfortable experience throughout the massage. The dry cupping experience well that was a funny feeling as you could feel the cup pulling the tension out but I now feel like my back is very much at ease and would totally recommend her treatment, I would totally have another sports massage again. Just had a neck/shoulder massage with dry cupping to relieve the constant tension headaches I was getting. I was so dubious to have dry cupping because of how painful it looks, but char made me feel so comfortable and assured me that it would be fine and that we would work on the pain.
