Amazing 10/10 service from John and Neil. We had our old backroom sinks and boilers ripped out and re-plumbed with a new hot water boiler servicing them both.
Everything was spot on, well within budget and even finished earlier than planned 👍🏻
Would absolutely recommend the team to anyone with a plumbing job - big or small. Will absolutely be using them again when the next project comes up 😊

Boiler replacement carried out by the this company was too the highest standard so happy with the extra space I've got now after the got and cold water tanks were taken away and the new combi boiler was fitted job was done on time with no hassle what's so ever I got recommended this company from a friend and they did not disappoint thanks again guys

Had an emergency with my boiling breaking down, John was out the same day diagnosed the fault,ordered the part which was delivered the next morning. He left us a temporary Heater in the meantime. Superb service! Boiler packed in on the Saturday night, phoned John and he was out the very next morning to carry out a temporary fix while waiting on a new fan, making sure our house was warm on one of the coldest days of the year so far. This company was highly recommended from a friend. I'm so glad to say l wasn't disappointed at all. Turned up on time and were very curteous. Service and communication (in particular) was great.I needed a full boiler replacement which was carried out quickly and to such a high standard. I would like to say a massive thank you to citywide gas services who were the only company that answered my call and came out to look at my problem they managed to fix my boiler the next day after ordering a part but left me two electric heaters over night (no charge) they were very clean tidy shoe covers on at all times I can’t praise them enough new company but the engineer is a class act knows his stuff and is really friendly highly recommend 10 stars *****************
