Interaction with clients and fulfilling their needs and the satisfaction of a job well done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Secretaries received a bad press in the 60s and 70s when it was easy to get a typing job. Often these jobs were taken by poorly trained typists in order to fill in time whilst they 'looked for something better.' Secretaries were not respected for their skills. I set out to change people's perspective and set up a secretarial service where accuracy and meeting clients' needs were top priorities.
