I found Projex Services through Bark.com. No sooner had a put in a request to get a wardrobe moved than I got a phone call to say they would do it for me. This was at 6.30am. I wasn’t sure if the wardrobe I wanted would still be available. The British Heart Foundation said they could not deliver it as it was too heavy! I was waiting outside when they opened at 9.30. By 10.55 Projex Services had picked up my wardrobe, delivered it, carried it up the stairs and it was in my bedroom. Kevin is very unreliable. I will never recommend him to anyone ever. I travelled from Chigwell to the pick-up place in Northolt, only for him to tell me he got the date wrong, when in actual fact I had corrected him once during the booking period. I was transporting to stuff to wellingborough, where I also have an appointment with someone who travelled there by train, so I was compelled to find another van in an emergency.
Kevin should learn to keep his records straight and right if he calls himself a professional. I will never ever recommend him to any one. He's left a very bad taste in my mouth. Hi Adina We have apologised for getting the date of your booking wrong. The booking was done via phone call and the staff you spoke to scheduled the booking on a wrong date. We promised to arrange emergency driver for you but you declined. We try hour utmost best to satisfy our customers but we acknowledge we got this wrong. Once again we are sorry.

He offloaded the work to someone else called Henry, who was a bit late, due to breakdown in communication but otherwise did a really splendid job

We hired Projex for a flat move (2 bedroom flat, with furniture and a lot of boxes). Kevin arrived promptly in a Luton van with a helper and got to work right away.

We were really impressed how quickly they moved our stuff out of the flat and the care they took, particularly with the items we'd asked to be treated with extra care (big screen TV and two custom built PCs).

They were also great at moving all our stuff into the new flat. I'd happily recommend Kevin and the Projex team to anyone. As I said to Kevin on the day, they really took the stress out of our move. More...

The guys was very nice to be honest, the reason for my low rating was because I had booked in the night before for 1.15pm following day & then when I had called near the time booked I was told I had been mistakenly booked for 8pm which left me stranded with my 4yr young daughter from 2pm until 4. 30 pm when man in van finally arrived, I had to wander around the area & buy my daughter lunch etc, I was not happy although the driver apologised etc I was discounted 10pound, not good. They were very nice and careful people. We were afraid of damage to the walls because the items were bulky. They delivered good service. Stanly and colleague did nice job

Booked them for house clearance. They were on time and did great job. Absolutely use them again

Sent far too small a van, so they couldn't take as much as they quoted to move for us. They were provided with photographic evidence that the total volume that we advised was correct, yet still claimed that their van was bigger than what arrived. They also tried to charge us extra, even though we had to spend more money getting someone else to collect and deliver what they left behind! Despite all of this, they held us to ransom by demanding we pay what was originally agreed or they wouldn't unload our goods. Unreasonable and unprofessional and no way to run a business. More...

Hi Victoria, We are sad to read your review that do not speak of great services we have provided to many of our customers on different delivery platforms. Contrary to your claim driver didn't attend with right van size, he actually did. He attended with LWB Mercedes Sprinter which measures approximately 15 cubic metres. During your booking, you declared your job to be 12 cubic metres. You can see that 15 cubic metre van should easily do your job. But as we explained to you on phone, you might have got the measurements of boxes wrong. Your job was actually more than 18 cubic metres. This is therefore not drivers fault. The driver did his utmost best to satisfy you. Unfortunately, it didn't workout this time around. We sincerely regret this.

An absolute no go!!!
The driver have arrived late to start with. Each one of my items were damaged (ripped out the leg of the sofa, scratched the dishwasher and the fridge, my late husband's arm chair which has more sentimental value has been damaged), the doorframe has bits missing and doorstep have been ripped up, which only been layed down the week before. When I raised my concern the driver and the helper became intimidating and refused to leave my house. Of course they have refused any damage there and then, even with the visible fresh marks. The next day, which was over a week ago the manager promised a refund, which I am still to receive and have been completely ignored when I tried to chase it. They have taken pictures themselves and I have sent the pictures myself as well to the company. If they have any insurance how they are advertising themselves, I am sure the case would have been dealt with a different way. I am very upset and they definitely will not be recommended to anyone. Hi Vivien, We are sad to know you were dissatisfied with our driver. Regarding late arrival, I spoke to you on phone and informed you driver was stuck in traffic on his way to you. While our appointment with you was 6pm, I did explain there might be delay do to traffic in your area. They arrived 6:25pm. This wasn't bad considering traffic is beyond the driver's control. On the damage to some of your items, the driver stated the damages were already there at the point of collection. When we spoke to you to get clarification, you confirmed damages were there but extra damages were caused by driver. You also stated the floor was damaged, the driver argued otherwise. Our investigation from the pictures supplied by you and our driver did not prove any damage. The driver noted you didn't want to pay for the service. While we were willing to pay compensation to you, this will only be done after following our due process of establishing damage was caused. This you did not wait to happen.
