Delighted by the way my computer was fixed within a couple of hours of my phone call. Such a relief! All my work was rescued and the computer was returned and installed with personal instruction about the cause of the problem and sound recommendations to avoid future problems. Top service, Mark responded to my call, collected my laptop within an hour of me calling him, diagnosed the fault, ordered the part and had the laptop back to me within 3 days. I hadn't been able to access my emails for about 2 months, without my computer showing the 'not responding' message and 'freezing'. I wanted to sit down with a computer technician so that I could get to understand the problem and the root cause, in case I had inadvertently caused it!
I rang Churchdown Computers and was delighted when Mark said he would be happy to come to my house and look at my laptop with me.
Not only did Mark fix the problem, but he also explained what had caused it. I can now access and respond to emails!

Mark has just done an excellent job replacing my laptop's hard drive. It is like a different machine. Mark kept me updated all through the process and was good enough to collect and drop off the machine to me in Gloucester.

I have been using Mark's services at Churchdown Computers for a few weeks now and have found his knowledge and expertise in sorting out my PC problems to be invaluable. I recently lost data from a corrupt hard drive and Mark has assisted and guided me through the process of recovering and restoring the lost data.
