Love this practice. The staff are very polite and genuinely nice people. The expertise is at a very high standard, and so is the treatment. I came to church road dental practice after not visitng a dentist for over 10 years, on a recommendation from my mum, dad and brother who are all patients at the practice. I have quite a phobia of the dentist after having a bad experience in the past however on my first appointment Dr Shi Karim made me feel at ease and was very understanding, I have started treatment and have so far met with the hygienist Natalie today, again Natalie was very understanding and friendly and has greatly reduced my anxiety for my next appointment! I remain terrified despite the reassurances and professionalism of all the team, but I turn up I sit there and they get me through it. Over recent years I have undergone treatment to bring my 1970's dental work into the modern day, the outcome is that my teeth are stronger, less sensitive and look a lot better. As well as regular checkups I have undergone three phases of treatment: replacement of mercury amalgam fillings, Invisalign alignment and two implants.All the treatment has been successful and carried out professionally and with care. On the last point I was particularly impressed that Shi remembered what music a liked and had this ready for headphone listening during 90 minutes of surgery for the implants, it really helped me to 'escape'.It's clear that Shi and his team are passionate about dental treatment and the use of modern technology and methods to reduce the time and discomfort of the procedures.
