This was my first time trying a life coach and felt that i came with extensive issues, so was unsure how and even if life coaching would be best for me! Thankfully, i was right in my choices, so far it has been the most beneficial service i have received and i rate it far above standard talking therapies. This is purely down to Christopher's way of working, offering space, respect and freedom to allow anything to be discussed and explored. Chris works in a way that enables you to open up and feel safe! A massive deal for me, especially with trauma and thus having difficulties in trusting. Should anyone be concerned because they have been rejected for having trauma, fear not with Chris, he is articulate, calm and reassuring, allowing you to go at your own pace and never rushes you, but provides support and encouragement especially when you cannot find it within yourself.

For the first time in my life i am excited and happy about who i am, my life and what may be, as the work that has been done with Chris, has seen my authentic self come forth and my light has begun to shine once again! So much so, people have been noticing the glow up and commenting on how well i am looking/doing.

Another bonus as well, is that after a session, there is no feeling of absoloute exhaustion due to the nature of what has been discussed just a zest for life and a bit more confidence on taking those steps into understanding and being in the moment- It's magic!

Very enjoyable so far. I've been very up and down but I feel more relaxed and grounded. It's not going to happen overnight. Christopher, I wanted to say thank you. I felt comfortable sharing with you values, beliefs, experiences. I felt very comfortable with you in sessions. I felt myself peaceful and calm. Wonderful experience, immediately felt a calmness and a safe environment to share my situation. Somehow I was always stressing, the most stressful was probably the constant feeling of lack of time, from situations and from people.
Between sessions I would read through some documents that Christopher shared of his own writing. Wow, they were beautiful and powerful. I have saved them all to read through again when I need to. I remain very curious on how the book develops, I can't wait to read it.
But more than anything, it was a joy to work with Christopher. His understanding, his help and suggestions made the whole experience even more wonderful and gave a pleasant testament to his friendly nature. More...
