Computer Repair
I am able to to offer a complete hardware diagnosis and replacement solution, with over 18 years of experience diagnosing, repairing and building custom computer systems I can offer a first time solution to your issues 90% of the time and excellent service every time.
Spa repair
With over 5 years experience working in the spa industry, I have experience working all leading manufacturers products with a focus on Balboa, Gecko and chinese branded control packages.
I always arrive with the correct tools for the job and carry out a full diagnosis over the phone with you before attending site to maximise the possibility of a successful repair on the first visit.
In all cases I will first attempt corrective measures via telephone to minimise the cost and get you back in your spa as quickly as possible.
Computer lessons
I offer 1 to 1 computer lessons, covering basic computer needs including office packages, internet browsing, email services and general daily usage needs.
I will always aim to have a conversation befor any tuition takes place to ensure that I am able to meet your needs and to tailor the lessons to your own personal requirements and to ensure I am not taking up time by teaching you things you may already be comfortable with.
If the lessons are needed to be regular, I would be happy to sit with you and discuss your goals and draft a learning plan with milestones to ensure that your needs are being met and that you have a clear pathway to improve your chances of success.
I have a history of working in the care sector and so I am very compassionate and understanding of other peoples limitations and difficulties they may face, so I can ensure that all of my students will be treated with fairness and respect from start to finish.
Spa servicing and maintenance
With 5 years in the spa industry, I am fully aware of how important regular cleaning and services can be to your spa.
I hold BISHTA certification in water hygiene and management and will ensure your spa is thoroughly sanitised during any level of service and will check all internal pipework for any leaks or damaged gaskets to maximise the lifetime of the spa and to ensure your continued wellbeing throughout ownership.
During services, I am happy to guide you through the process and explain everything step-by-step and to offer advice and tips for your regular self-maintenance of the equipment.
