I have used Christine's catering 3 times in the last 3 months for two lunches and one evening buffet. I asked in particular for no sandwiches and more healthy options (I'm adverse to brown buffets) and they delivered spectacularly! Delicious homemade quiches, yummy homemade sausage rolls, fresh vibrant salads, large fruit platters, yummy vegetable platters, oh and not so healthy but wonderful homemade cakes, not a soggy sandwich in sight. The whole process has been incredibly easy and they have managed to work around our last minute requests. In our feedback questionnaires to our participants the food has been mentioned time and time again.Therefore I fully recommend them to anyone doing an event in Hereford. More...

Christine and her team catered for my wedding in Llangorse on the 5th September. From first meeting Christine we have been thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. She listened to all our ideas and came up with an amazing menu based on our French theme. We both love good food and we wanted our guests to be able to go away talking about the food at our wedding. The food made the meal fun, sociable and entertaining; especially with one guest on each table tasked with carving. One older guest said it was the best lamb he had ever tasted! If that's not good feedback I'm not sure what is! Please pass my thanks on to Gail and all the waitresses who were efficient and quick. They even stayed late to cut up the wedding cake for the guests. We would highly recommend Christine's Catering. The standard of the food made our day extra special! More...

I used Christine's Catering for a hen do and they were absolutely brilliant! Mandy was extremely helpful on the run up, helping to put together a menu to suit our budget and meet dietary requirements. Absolutely fantastic team. Very accommodating to our wishes, but helpful suggestions and ideas during our planning process too.
Christine's were the only caterer that was willing to let my mother provide the puddings for our wedding too (her wish not mine, but I'm so glad she was able to! �)
The whole combination worked beautifully and all of our guests commented on how delicious and well presented the food on our wedding day was, utterly gorgeous.
Thank you so much to the team, I cannot recommend them highly enough - perfect!

We had Christines Catering for our wedding. I had so many people comliment how amazing the food was, it was full of flavour and so tasty.
And not to mention the desserts was beautiful, I would have had seconds if I could have eaten more.
