Whether you are going through some dark times, or you just feel like something is missing, it is good to be able to talk - ideally to someone who is not afraid to hear whatever it is you have to say, and who can be with you as you work towards a better life. I am a qualified counsellor, and can offer you talking therapy. I am working towards a qualification in a way of working with the body so as to release old hurts held there, and so can offer you something that goes beyond talk.
