I enjoy helping others to grow and reach a happier, more contented place in their lives, through them learning about themselves and encouraging positive change.

I have 12 years experience working with clients of all ages.
I consider myself to be empathic and non-judgemental.
We can all feel troubled at some time in our lives, whether it follow a bereavement, anxiety or depression, or just at a loss to find answers. I offer a confidential space from which to explore any issues which may concern or trouble you.
I have worked with both primary school children and adolescents.
I work with individuals and offer couples therapy.
