Chris's garden services

Chris was great the first 5 times using his service however on the last job I requested he sent someone id never seen before which was fine, however this person has not done the job as required left the edges of my front and back garden over grown I was caring for my kids when I paid him so didn’t check before he left ( but having used Chris’s services before I assumed all would be ok) but I was wrong next morning gone outside noticed the mess so contacted Chris to which he replied it would be sorted, four days later nothing sorted so Chris replies to me again that it will be sorted it’s now day ten and nothing has been done they’ve been paid to do a proper job and now I’m getting ignored I have four autistic children who tend to try and put everything in there mouths as there only 3 and 5 so they can’t go out into the garden until it’s done and I’m only writing on here because he is now ignoring me which is a shame because the first few times everything was great

We're delighted with the work Chris and his colleague did reducing the height of three trees in our garden. They were both friendly, professional and very efficient, leaving the trees exactly as we wanted them and doing an excellent job of tidying the garden afterwards too. Thank you
