May I say how much I appreciate your work on my new computer; fitting it with all the features that I requested. As a small business we are reliant on our computers etc working effectively. We recently had to call Chris as both our systems were playing up. Chris, on being contacted, managed to re-arrange his schedule to fit us in. Having identified the cause of our problems he provided a economic solution and remedied the issues fast time. I love the variety of work that comes with supporting and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. I also enjoy meeting and helping resolve problems for people and to enable them to embrace new technology to improve their work and their lives.

I was previously working for a local authority in IT and the work I was doing was gradually being put out to contractors who, in the mid 1990s, did not know what they were doing and I spent more time telling them how to do the work than it would have taken for me to do the work myself. So I left, set up my own IT support company in 1996 and provided support direct to customers, and here I am 21 years later...

I am very experienced and knowledgeable about computers and other related equipment that we use in our daily lives e.g. Sky boxes, mobile phones, tablets etc. I am very patient with people and am able to express things in a way that they are able to understand. I help a lot of elderly people and people with severe disabilities to get the maximum benefit out of their computers and to achieve what they want to do, as well as many business owners, home users and schools. I am also very responsive and can often respond the same day to resolve urgent problems on site or remotely. I'm a proud member of Checkaprofessional.
