Chris gave me my confidence back!

Before I trained with Chris I was feeling down and sluggish all the time, I had no energy and no motivation to change then would still feel sad about my weight. Iv tried it the past and I just give in and think it's not working.
Chris helped me understand that results don't happen overnight and they denifelty don't just drop, making progress is a steady way down to keep healthy.

He gave me a much better relationship with food, helping me understand that losing weight isn't just cutting all the 'bad' things out of your life, I still had takeaways and still had chocolate treats just in moderation!!

I don't train with Chris anymore but still put into place the things that he has taught me!
I lost nearly a stone with the help from Chris and gained alot more muscle and strength.
To the point of I completed the 3 peaks walk which I never thought I would do and this is purley from getting my fitness levels and energy up by daily exercises and eating right!

Needed a goal, needed to be accountable to someone so I contacted Chris.
We went through my food diary and training program, taking into consideration age, weight, my daily life and training program.

My goal was to loose body fat, gain lean muscle, whilst keep my keeping an accurate record of food.

At stages I felt crap, felt low but was re assured by Chris.

We continued and pushed forward with a great end result,

My goal was to loose body fat, gain lean muscle, whilst keeping an accurate record of food...which is key.

At stages I felt crap, felt low but was re assured by Chris.

We continued and pushed forward with great end results. All training programs were set, and enjoyable.

I felt fit, lean and good about how I looked.

If you want too feel good, if you want to succeed....whilst being patient then I recommend Mr Seed.

Very knowledgeable and understanding, but also very supportive.

Chris has been a massive support in my first 5 weeks. After years of living on restricted diets, eating 1000 calories a day and wondering why I couldn’t sustain that as a life style. Chris has educated me on calories and how your body can react an this has helped me put my trust in Chris and his process. So far I have lost 4kg in 5 weeks and my body shaped has changed dramatically and all this eating 1700 calories. I wouldn’t have dared eat 1700 calories whilst trying to lose weight until meeting Chris. I now have a new diet that can fit in my lifestyle, that I can sustain and I’m enjoying the freedom to eat what I enjoy within my calories. More...
