Chris was brilliant would highly recommend him. I posted the job and within 1 minute chris got back to me. The work was regarding the gas boiler at my mums and dads property who are both elderly. The water kept dropping on the pressure gauge. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and went there and then to get the parts and straight back to to fix. He gave the boiler a look over after to ensure it was fixed and also checked their radiators. He knew this was emergency to get my parents to have heat and hot water. Chris was great I would highly recommend him. Chris attended my elderly parents property to see if could get there boiler working so they could have heat and hot water. His response time after I posted the job was within a minute. Went out the next morning and found the problems there and then went straight to get the parts and fixed the problem so my parents had heat and hot water. Very pleasant and genuine gentleman. We cannot praise Chris highly enough! He came round the next day - others either didn't reply or said it would be a week before they could come. He sorted out a toilet flushing problem and the central heating boiler, identifying the problems, enabled a temporary fix, then sourced replacement parts and fitted them within 2 days. Chris came over to provide a quote the day I contacted him. He was able to start the work within 3 weeks, despite entering the busy winter period. We had removed our electric storage heaters and instructed Chris to fit gas central heating including all the pipe work and installation of the boiler and radiators. Chris got in touch very quickly, came round the same day and identified the fault with our boiler very quickly. He went out of his to source the parts required and came back to fit them shortly after, so we could have our hot water and heating back that day. Great service!
