Beautiful practice located in the heart of Notting Hill. Terry makes you feel welcome instantly and works in a spotless and lovely practice. He answers any questions I have and always takes the time to explain things to me. He tailors visits according to my needs that week and I come out feeling refreshed and much better. I was fortunate enough to find Siobhan Roughan in 2015 when I was desperately in search of a practitioner who could continue SOT techniques primarily in regards to Hiatal Hernias and digestive issues. I am so grateful that I found Siobhan as she has helped me tremendously to deal with gastrointestinal paralysis so severe that I was advised to consider tube feeding. Now my hiatal hernia no longer shows up on barium or endoscopy studies. Also whilst never professing to be a nutritionist I find Siobhan's dietary and supplement recommendations very helpful.I have referred five of my friends to Siobhan at Chiropractic Alchemy near Portobello in London Notting Hill, and no one has ever been disappointed. I believe it is important to find an SOT based practitioner as it encompasses the entire body system from head to toe, literally! Love it!
Competent, genuine and caring individuals. Siobhan and Terry helped me a few times with a few different issues (knee pain, foot pain, back pain).
Their help does not end in clinic with their truly magic adjustments, but it continues outside of the clinic with lifestyle, exercise and even nutritional tips to feel better. Would totally recommend.

Terry is a wonderful, professional Chiropractor who is fantastic in explaining what he is doing when adjusting you. I love the friendly atmosphere at this practice and not only do you get help in the clinic but you are given documents of what to do at home to help improve your adjustments.
