I contacted Dave on the 11th hour needing help and assistance . He was very sympathetic and understanding and helped me understand a lot of the unknowns. I think what is really vitally important is to feel that someone is actually listening to you and taking into account the impact any situation could be having on your own mental health and how life changing things can be.
