Excellent service. Fabulous mini coach that was spotlessly clean. Arrived at pick up early. Our driver Ash was a great driver, so lovely and went out of his way to be helpful. Our journey was rather noisy with a party of 11 year old girls and Ash smiled and was so courteous the whole day. I booked a trip with this chico travel through the internet for a journey for 16 passengers (14 kids and 2 adults). As anyone could imagine as we were traveling with children our main concern was security and punctuality and Ken, the driver was an absolute professional and CRB Checked. The minibus was new, comfortable and big enough for all our suitcases (16 big ones). Ken's driving was just perfect, always looking after the kids requests, from music to air conditioning, very patient with them and with a careful driving. Last Friday, with only two hours notice, we were supplied with a luxury 16 seater minibus for a return trip to Manchester . The bus turned up 10 mins early, the driver was extremely polite and friendly and the best bit is that they were £95 cheaper than the other local firm who I usually turn to for a Minibus.I was initially concerned as I hadn't used Chico before.
