Cheshire Fitness Works

I’m grateful to find their beginners spin class as it hasn’t scared me off starting to get back into doing cardio! Andy’s got a good balance of encouragement, making sure it’s not too easy but that we can still walk afterwards! I’m surprised to actually be glad to do SPIN classes, so I’d recommend it to anyone, for whatever level you’re starting from. Nice clean gym and equipment. He’s got great taste in music too! More...
