I contacted Cheshire Carpet Revival for a quote to bring my artificial lawn back to life, as it was very mossy and weed ridden. Ben got back to me promptly and explained exactly what it needed due to the severity of the moss and dirt. Communication was excellent, with a reminder the night before. Every part of customer journey was exceptional from initial enquiry and provision of quotes through to the management of expectations in terms of results and the turnaround time for appointment. On the day all 3 jobs were completed to a high standard including stairs and landing carpet clean, rug clean and then the biggest job to revive and refresh the putting green which had been somewhat neglected and had weeds and moss growth. Absolutely fantastic service. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge from Ben and Marc. From the moment I contacted them they were very responsive and determined to help me. We had an oil stain on wool carpet that was installed only few weeks ago. I was convinced it will never be fixed. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have introduced daily temperature checks and sanitise before entering, and upon leaving every property. We will happily wear face masks whilst speaking with cusyomers and whilst assessing any job, however, once cleaning commences we require to remove out masks as it’s very a very manual process so we get hot!

We offer hot water extraction cleaning (sometimes referred to as steam cleaning) as its recognised to give the best results and the deapest clean. All our cleaning solutions are UK manufactured to give excellent results.

Upholstery can be tricky to clean, understanding fabrics and how they react to cleaning solutions is essential to get the best results, but more importantly to avoid irrevesible damage. Hard floor cleaning
We can transform your dirty domestic and commercial hard floors with our high pressure or rotary cleaning machines. Any floor from ceramic tiles, marble floors, non slip safety floors and LVT etc can be cleaned and sealed for long lasting durability.
