Charlene was absolutely brilliant throught the entire time we made contact with her for our wedding cake. She helped us with some flavour suggestions when we were stuck and helped us design our amazing cake which went down a treat with the guests. Amazing Christmas cake. We didn't want conventional Christmas cake so we ordered a spiced carrot cake with a white chocolate ganache.
