My name is Dan Best.
I have been a Qualified and trained professional Chef for 20 years.
As i my full time job, i am Head Chef at Unilever100ve Blackfriars.
As well as that, i have started up my own Bespoke Celebration & Event Bakery.
I specialise in Vegan Baking(which is more sustainable and healthier for the body, while not taking away the flavours of what I produce.

What do you love most about your job?
Customer Interaction.
Adding to the customers special day.
Being able to produce anything and experiment while working.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to provide a service during these times of maybe people wanting a service delivered to door and offering a vegan offer .

I am classically trained chef who has been working in the hospitality sector for 17 years , i am certified.
3 years NVQ College training behind me .
I can offer a product for all allergen and dietary requirements.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Like always i wear correct P.P.E when working with extra cleaning daily records in place .
I deliver wearing a face mask and gloves.
