Charlie has been involved in the business of catering services since leaving college, A professional chef who understands how to fashion the perfect menu, blend flavours and use seasonal fresh produce to craft a menu to die for.

Having featured prominently in various food events in Mayfair, winner of the prestigious National Passion to Inspire Award, and experience working at The Taste of London Mayfair, Roux at Parliament Square, Sketch at Mayfair and The Kitchen Edinburgh. Charlie brought this knowledge together to create Chef for Hire and give catering a truly exceptional twist.
