Charlotte was amazing with Lola from the first time we met her. She had never been out with any one outside of our family before and at 18 months was slightly apprehensive. Charlotte is THE dog whisperer!! Her love for dogs shines through her eyes, heat & soul & our four legged family members will just be drawn to her like magnets. Our boy would go crazy at the door just sensing it was a walk with Charlotte time/day/minute. I think our three cats like Charlotte more than they like us! She is absolutely brilliant with them - generous with her time, energy and affection, which our bengals really need! The house is always spotless when we return and to top it off she is excellent photography and we receive lovely photo updates while we are away. Charlotte is fantastic, professional, reliable and has a great understanding of dogs. She's been walking my Border Terrier twice a day while I've been working and she does an excellent job. Charlotte has been walking my Mum's little dog for several months now as Mum had an accident and is no longer able to walk him herself. Buddy is a rescue dog and is quite fearful, with a tendency to be a bit reactive with people he doesn't know but Charlotte's kindness and calm nature ensured that they were best pals by the end of their "getting to know you" session! Charlotte has been walking our boy Marley four days a week for nearly two months now and is absolutely brilliant. She sends photos and updates every day, and he is always content when I get home from work after being out with her. She's helped us out in last minute dilemmas and been completely understanding. Today after Marley's last walk with her for a few weeks, she left a gorgeous personalised bauble for us with his name on it. Charlotte looked after our cat for 10 days earlier this month. Charlotte’s communications were great and we received daily updates, photos and videos. Charlotte stayed in our house and looked after our 11 month old Sheltie called Kofi whilst we were on holiday for 10 days. She sent us regular updates and photos of Kofi which were lovely to receive. Kofi became very fond of Charlotte. She has a natural way with animals and is very calm and confident. We felt completely at ease knowing that Kofi was being well cared for. Can’t thank Charlotte enough for looking after our house bunny Foo. We moved into the area in April knowing no one and needing to find someone ASAP for dog care. We couldn’t be happier with Charlotte. She absolutely adores animals and looks after our little dog Jessie but also gives our cat Minnie attention when she comes. We love the regular photo updates. Well what can i say. My boys absolutely adore Charlotte. She is kind, loves animals and very professional - from the way she handles the monetary side to forms filled out at the start of her work. She always lets me know how my boys have been and sends the cutest photos!! I would recommend Charlotte to care for anyone’s pets. She has been walking my dogs for the last year and has been reliable and trustworthy. She always does her best to help with short notice care. My 3 dogs love her and she spends time giving them cuddles and fuss as well as the walks. Charlotte came and pet sat when I went away this summer as I worry about leaving the dogs in Kennels. Charlotte looked after our whippet and cat for a week whilst went away. Could not ask for anyone more perfect. She has a genuine love for the animals she cares for, keeping us up to date with daily pictures and messages.
