I have known Charlotte for 5 years because I employed her as a cleaner in my house when I was letting it out on Airbnb.
She was unfailingly polite, conscientious and punctual and showed a great deal of initiative which she brought to all tasks. It was difficult last year due to so many Covid regulations but she accomplished everything to a very high standard. We always had excellent reviews for cleanliness which meant we were able to maintain our super host status.

I have been a self-employed cleaner since September 2013.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I can bring my own supplies or if you would prefer me to use your own cleaning products I can also do that.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people. I find it so satisfying to help somebody with the things they aren’t able to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to start my own business. My father was self-employed and I have followed in his footsteps.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I make sure to regularly wash my hands. I wear all of the appropriate Ppe and maintain social distancing throughout my clean.
