What amazing service!!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having a meltdown because my regular groomer cancelled due to Covid and I messaged Charlie last night hoping she could fit me in - and she did! I can’t thank her enough for not only finding space during this busy time but the understanding and kindness she showed me was just lovely! honestly can not thank charlie enough! I took a dog in that I had little "grooming experience" history on that needed a good tidy up and she did wonders with him considering he was wary of pretty much everything and wouldn't stand still! he was still happy as anything when I picked him up and still wanted a cuddle from Charlie so that says all I need to know. I Highly Recommend Charlie! So today my puppy had his 2nd visit to the groomers he loved every minute of it my enzo has always been very timid when it comes to grooming and runs away. Just had Charlie groom our Labrador, she was so good with her. Cookie, was a little shaky at first, but she soon calmed down. Charlie done a fantastic job. She also clipped our Staffy”s claws, he can be very nervous, but she was great with him too.
