Angel the vet is fantastic and has an amazing ability with hamsters to calm and control these often wriggly animals. He is very caring and gives advice beyond the normal expectation. Would highly recommend

Having three cats it often seems like we are in and out of this surgery. Receptionist always friendly and never have to wait that long even with emergencies. Our vet, Angel, has a lovely way with animals and always willing to answer questions. The only issue is with parking near the surgery and sadly I feel there is little they can do about this themselves. More...

Everybody here really loves pets, our semi-feral cat always trusted Dr Angel and never put up any resistance when being examined, and that's a very good sign!

I have tried over the last several weeks to encourage birds into my garden. Patience rewarded me and I noticed a number arriving daily including Eurasian ringed doves.
It is unusual to say the least to find them in East Ham. This activity did not go unoticed by the neighbours cat. I took precautions but it caught one of the doves which I managed to rescue although injured. I contacted Goddad's vets to see if they could help not expecting much as it was a wild bird. I was told to bring it in which I duly did.
Unfortunately, when the vet examined the dove she had sustained fractured ribs and had to be put to sleep. I'm not usually so soft hearted but it seemed the right thing to do.
I would like to thank the reception staff and vet for being so kind and caring. They did not need to do this!!
