Charles replied to my oven cleaning message very quickly as I was in need of an oven clean ASAP. He was very communicative throughout the week, until he arrived at my house. He was very polite and friendly, and did an amazing job on our oven and glass hob. We had burnt on rings on our glass hob and a lot of burnt on residue at the bottom of our oven but he removed them very effectively and efficiently.
