Charismatic Pets is a perfect place to take your dog. Albert has been attending the puppy training, which we have found so useful and gained lots of top tips to support our training regime. Furthermore, we have used the day boarding service too; Albert is always excited to get inside and comes home shattered, which clearly shows he has such a great time there and I’m confident he is very well looked after. This is a wonderful place - they take real care of the dogs and give them loads of love and ours always comes back totally pooped so we know she's had fun! The collection and drop off service is fantastic and offers real peace of mind for when we can't look after our dog during the day. In an emergency we needed someone to take in our hedgehog (African Pygmy, lives in a vivarium). After an hour of searching at 5/6pm on Monday evening, we found Charismatic Pets and they were more than happy to have her at zero notice for the week. Putting out puppy in doggy daycare was never our plan but a change in circumstances meant it was necessary and now I wouldn’t look back. Our puppy absolutely loves hanging out with all his new doggy friends. It is great for his socialisation both with dogs and people. All the wonderful staff are so caring and welcoming and I feel 100% confident that our puppy adores spending the day with them all. I had my first 1:1 sessions today with Charis for my 5 month old rescue puppy, Rue.
I was a bit nervous, as was Rue! But within minutes we were made to feel comfortable.
Charis and the team are professional, friendly and helpful. The whole place is amazing and I cannot wait to integrate Rue into training classes.
After her first session I am already seeing improvements which is unbelievable.
