Our popular house clearance service serves the North Somerset, Bristol and surrounding areas. All proceeds generated go right back into helping the local communities in which we work.

We typically clear residential properties only. But, if you’re looking to clear a business premises call us to discuss your requirements as we may be able to help.

Would thoroughly recommed Changing Lives Clevedon if you need house clearance services, I found myself in the difficult situation of having to clear out my In laws property following their passing, My Husband and me just couldn't face it alone but Jay and the team were absolutely fantastic and very respectful in helping us at such a difficult time. They even found some priceless items (Wedding Album) that we had missed and put them to one side for us so we didn't loose them I really can't thank them enough! More...

How it works
Give us a call or drop us an email to discuss your requirements.

We will visit your premises to assess and make a list (inventory) of items that are required to be disposed of.

Based on this assessment we’ll provide you with a quote (including VAT) for collecting and disposing of all items in the inventory.

Once you have accepted the quote we’ll arrange a mutually convenient date & time for the collection of the items.

You’ll ensure that we have access to the property and then we’ll do the rest.

We’ll then dispose of the waste items and send saleable items into our stores. The sales funds from will go to supporting life-changing work - magic! ✨
