Finally set myself up because I have spent 10+ years working for someone else and to their standards.
This did not work for me ! I have a bit of OCD in doing my job, I'm the guy that actually gives a "hoot" to put it polity, and will turn up or tell you if I cant do the job.

Not really however can discuss jobs or they're requirements via email, phone text or video call.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I usually ask the customer upon entry to their house, their own requirements however mostly everyone is back to normal with a small minority.
Electric Vehicle Charging Points
Installation of wiring and distribution equipment to service a vast range of EV charge-points such as, zappi, podpoint, easee and or one of your choosing (there are quite a few brands now!)
Would try to conceal the cable under floors or clipped neatly round walls fully dependent on the property type.
Fault finding
Using a test kit and other devices, would diagnose and rectify where the problem lay and fix it if easy enough and or come up with a solution and or quote required to resolve the issue, don't always carry every part for every problem but always get it resolved!
New Consumer Unit / Fusebox
The best way to go about this is to have the property assessed in case of problems which a new unit is fitted such as tripping and or poor install / DIY.
This piece of equipment is the heart of your house, without it there's no cooking, heating or even worse no internet! so its imperative that it should be looked at as an important safety measure.
I tend to stick to high end brands as they do not give me any trouble and are backwards compatible when they upgrade parts in future, also for peace of mind knowing its a reputable brand.
Garage / outhouse power.
With everyone working from home and looking like its ever increasing. having a good area and safe to work with is essential, USB sockets a must!
However most people forget about this room or area as its deemed non essential, but such an undervalued space.
Either way lights, sockets and internet everyone needs them and these are the places we think they can become invaluable.
Lighting & Power
Everything from additional sockets channeled up walls and or that new light you seen you'd like in the kitchen, everything's doable and have loads of ideas to make it easier for you to decide, what you want and where you might want it.
