Pete and his team have done an absolutely fantastic job of our house.We chose Porcelanosa floor tiles for our whole ground floor area throughout our home. They were fitted perfectly and the finish is perfect.Both bathroom floors were tiled and to finish off,we had Porcelanosa laminates fitted throughout the living spaces on the 1st and 2 and floors expertly fitted by Gary who Pete recommended to us.A great team of people ,who were courteous from start to finish,protected all surfaces during the work and made sure we were kept informed of progress throughout the job.They only thing we had to do was move our furniture into the property when these guys had finished.No mess or dust anywhere and all rubbish was removed after the job.I would highly recommend Ceramic Solutions to anyone looking for a professional tiling company.Thank you once again for all your help and advice.5 stars finish and service. Pete and his team recently installed electric underfloor heating in my mothers new extention at home in Twickenham. From initial contact to completion the whole process was flawless. The quality of the tiling and efficiency of the install was great.Good communication from the start and daily updates about what was getting done each day.All rubbish was removed and our kitchen left clean and tidy and everything put back in its place.They even cut the doors down and plinths on the kitchen.Thanks Guys5 Stars! I’ve had ceramic solutions come to do work at my property a number of times now. Marble tiles in the En suite, shower, hall, stairs and landing, feature stone walls in dining room and toilet and stone splasbacks through the kitchen. Every time they are professional. I had come to inspect our newly built home to realise that flooring had not been done. After many attempts at finding someone to do the flooring for us- many resulted in no shows, or people who wouldn’t get back to us- I saw Pete’s number on his van and decided to call him. We had a very short amount of time to get the flooring for three floors and stairs done. Not only was Pete able to squeeze us in with short notice, but he was extremely professional, trustworthy, and reliable with his work. He sent us updates every few days to show us the progress being made. And, considering we didn’t know much about flooring, he completed the job exactly as we hoped and he understood what we were asking for even with our lack of terminology. In addition to this, we had some window blinds and mirrors we wanted putting up and after asking Pete if he wouldn’t mind doing it for us, he gladly agreed (for a small additional price as expected and appreciated). I am very appreciative of the work Pete has done for our home. He was trustworthy, kind and professional, had a great team working with him and always got back to any queries we had within 1-2 days.
