Centreline Qigong

Centreline Qigong sessions are led by musician and teacher Loz Speyer - a long standing student of Qigong masters Zhixing and Zhendi Wang, the founders of the Dao Hua Gong school of Qigong. Loz has been practising Hua Gong for more than 30 years and began teaching after completed instructors' training with Zhixing in 1999. Since then he has taught regular classes and all day or half day workshops in Norwich, Devon and Yorkshire as well as London. He is able to offer a as a thorough grounding in the wide ranging aspects of Hua Gong style Qigong, along with a specialism in the Five Animals Qigong.

The classes cover a number of approaches to Qigong, from fundamental aspects through to the more advanced, in an accessible friendly and authentic way - including ways into Internal Alchemy meditation. The practise as a whole and the Five Animals Qigong in particular, give us a profound enjoyable and inspiring way to get in touch with the natural energy of the world around us, and with our true nature.
