Zach and the team helped us move to our new house today and they were absolutely FANTASTIC. From initial contact right through to the morning before arrival, the communication was professional and swift.

The team arrived on time and had the van loaded quickly, taking good care of all our furniture. The same care was applied when unloading at our new house.

Genuinely, I would not hesitate to recommend Zach and Central Scotland Movers.

Zach and his team provided an excellent service. From the minute they answered our query to moving our belongings into our new home they were professional, efficient, friendly and respectful towards us, our old home and new one. Kind and considerate. They made sure beds were rebuilt, washing machine replumbed...all the things we needed for the first night in our new home. I can’t recommend Zach and his team enough. When I was let down less than 12 hrs before a move. I contacted Zach the next morning and he was able to fit me in next day. We are so glad we have chosen CSM for our move. Our property purchase fell through last month and we were unable to move in on the agreed date. I contacted Zach and explained the situation, he accommodated that straight away and helped us to move the stuff to the storage on another date instead. Zach and his amazing team arrived on time and helped us to get the stuff all sorted without any hassles. They made our move so smooth and stress free. From start to finish I really cannot recommend CSM enough! From the outset they were professional with amazing communication. We had had a very unhelpful experience with a big name mover not that long ago, so to say we were apprehensive would be an understatement. However Zach and his team are absolutely suburb. Everything (and there was a lot more than we had realised) was packed, moved and transported with great care and not a single item was damaged. We had moved to quite a remote area but this was not a problem at all and again Zach and team unloaded and helped immensely. Needless to say, a job that others make stressful, CMS made look effortless and a real joy. I was quite badly let down by another “man with van” service but Zach had me booked in - for a next day job - within an hour, was super communicative throughout, and got my (very old and insanely heavy! ) desk moved swiftly and safely.
