If like me you are anxious about making the decision of which CCTV company to go with then I have this to say to you… After requesting a quote online, I received a phone call from Louis just in the nick time as I was in the process of agreeing terms with a different provider. My personal situation was that I needed the full cctv system installed sooner rather than later. After the first conversation with Louis I was impressed by both his knowledge, and his professionalism. I must have asked a million and one questions before my system was installed and Louis made sure he answered every single one of them. Threw-out every conversation wether by phone, text, email or in person Louis conducted himself as you would expect a master of his craft to do so. His honesty, his values along with both his loyalty to his customers and his incredibly fair prices are genuinely not too good to be true. I informed Louis what I was wanting and Louis then gave me four separate quotes. One of the quotes was my requested package. Then I was given two further quotes which was for a cheaper alternative and finally I was then given another quote for a more expensive package. I thought this was a nice touch, as this keeps it so that people have the option and it remains “our” choice as a customer. I was sceptical after seeing nothing but 5* reviews and absolutely everyone being impressed but I can further attest just like all the other people that I myself also had a fantastic experience with Louis and George on the day. Before the cameras got installed Louis asked again if I was sure on the cameras I had selected now that I could see them in person. Which I thought was a real nice touch. Once Louis and George commenced with the installation if there was something they wasn’t absolutely certain with rather than just doing it, I was asked if it was ok. Threw-out the installation Louis was constantly apologising because of the sound of the drill. The reason I mention this is because once again it reaffirms and demonstrates his character as a person as an individual. From start to finish we felt at ease with both Louis and George I wanted to be a little more in-depth than other comments have been purely for the fact I know their will be people as sceptical as I was, as anxious as what I was and as desperate to get a cctv system installed and will be worried about who to go with. Not only were both Louis and George the ultimate professionals as I’ve already said but especially in Louis’ case, he was incredibly paitent with myself. I asked that much and wanted so much to be clarified any other company would have just got bored of my questions and told me to go else where. After my system was installed just like other reviews have stated, I was shown what things were on my NVR. I was asked if I was happy with everything. Louis and George hoovered up after themselves to keep the property how they found it. Which once again goes to the character and the professionalism which were evident from start to finish. Finally. The aftercare has already been on show for me. It had been less than 4 hours since the install and I had messed something up after having a play around with my system. One quick call to Louis and the problem was sorted in a matter of minutes. So having said all of that. It is as a result of everything I have said that I would not hesitate what so ever, in referring CCTVisible and therein referring Louis to absolutely anyone who is requiring either a completely new installation or just someone to put up additional cameras to an existing system. CCTVisible came in to my place of work a few weeks back to install a system at the office, I had been thinking about getting some security for the home so randomly asked if it was something he could give me a quote for. Louis just happened to be the owner of this fantastic company and even though he was stacked out with work he agreed to pop round the following day to give me a price for install and set up at a price I couldn't refuse! I'm no tech expert but Louis explained everything to me and my partner and I couldn't recommend this company enough to all businesses and private homes.
