Q&As

Satisfaction of my customers from services that I provide.

The idea came when I was working at Community HCA, I found out that the clients that I was looking after, apart from personal care and feeding, also had other needs to be met such as; foot care, and massage therapy. So, I decided to do my training and started my business.

First of all, I am qualified and I have extensive experience working in the social care sector. I am a friendly, helpful, and caring person, who has proved myself to be reliable and honest at work, as well as someone who never gives up on tasks. Also, calm and patient with a genuine desire to help people and provide a high standard of service

Remotely. At the moment I am doing community massage therapy, by visiting clients or patients at their own homes, until I get my physical clinic or place ready for work.

At the moment all of our staff still wearing full PPE and we have the COVID-19 form. Also, it is part of the company policy, that all the staff need to do Infections prevention control refreshments at least once a year. in a way to keep everybody safe.
