Hi there! I'm Chris Brooker a dedicated and passionate personal trainer with a unique background that sets me apart. Allow me to share my story with you.

My interest in sport and fitness started at a very young age when I started playing rugby as a four year old at my dad’s local club.
I have later on been contracted to Bath Rugby where I began my Pro Rugby career. I have played professional rugby for a total 14 years for various premiership teams as Harlequins, Bristol, Bath, Worcester where I had the privilege to develop and master my skills and knowledge in fitness, strength & conditioning as well as a profound understanding of the role that nutrition plays in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Five years ago, my rugby career came to an abrupt halt due to a severe knee injury. While it was undoubtedly challenging, this setback became the catalyst for my transformation into the world of personal training and coaching.

Since then, I have channeled my love for fitness and sports into helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. My own experience with injury and recovery has given me invaluable insights into the physical and mental challenges that individuals face during their fitness journeys.
As your personal trainer, I bring a deep understanding of resilience, determination, and adaptability. I believe in tailoring workouts to suit each client's unique needs while fostering an environment of support, motivation, and growth.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices combined with personalized attention. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, injury rehabilitation or overall fitness improvement - together we will create a customised plan that aligns with your aspirations.
