What do you love most about your job?
What I like about my work is that if there is a new garden that needs tidying up, the customer tells me what his vision is and I help him make it even better, and when I've finished the work and the customer is satisfied, it's all worth it
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been working in this field for many years and I'm tired of them just running through the work and not doing it perfectly, that the management is only interested in profit.
