Steve is an excellent decorator. The standard of his painting and wallpapering is amazing as not only is he really skilled in those areas, but he also prepares thoroughly first. He fills even large holes and cracks so well that there is no trace of them afterwards. What is also great about Steve is that he is very unobtrusive. He works quietly (no radio), brings his own flask, and is a stickler for tidying up after himself thoroughly every day, including using his own vacuum cleaner.
