Developed some issues with a hamstring a few weeks back. Prior to going for an eval with a physio, I decided to book a sports massage session. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. Fantastic 1-hr. Went through a discussion around the injury, followed by a fantastic lower body stretch and massage. I cannot say enough good things about Caune sports massage. Post-massage, offered up some good stretching exercises to implement once I have checked in with my physio
