What do you love most about your job?
Hi I am Jamie Caulfield and I’m the proud owner of CAULFIELD GROUP.
I have tried to build my business based around my passion for meeting new people and enjoying making new connections this coupled with a real desire to endeavour to make sure I can reduce the amount that ends up in the waste stream I use the skills I’ve learned over my years in the industry to do just that. Weather that is placing items which may be unusable or discarded into the hands of people that can restore or reuse them, often with the effect of giving someone the opportunity to enjoy something which may have been lost as is the case with most other services which are provided elsewhere. I was bought up largely by my grandfather who insisted that we shouldn’t be wasteful and try our best to make the most of something and when we are done with it let someone else enjoy it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before I started my company I worked in a variety of different industries. I have always been a hard worker an observer and problem solver , I think about how to make things better, largely due to my sensitivity towards people , places and things.
My experience has been that I can’t change any of the above but I can try to be consistent and practice doing just that through the way I run things here at CAULFIELD GROUP.
